Where can i get a cheap dress for a sadie hawkins dance!?

I want it to be at least under 25 dollars!!
And i kinda want it to be a shorter dress!!

also any ideas on how to do my hair? because im not going to get it professionally done!
 
If you live in the UK, totally check out BAY its great I got such a nice top there!
 
Under $25 might be hard. Look on clearance at stores like Debs, Jcpenny, sears, macys or Tjmaxx. For your hair you could streighten it or curl it or even do a cute half up half down look with a tiny braid
 
just check around at local thrift stores they tend to have some cute clothes cheap and idk if you have one where you live but in ok there is a teen thrift store called playtohs with name brand clothes that are cute
 
Forever 21 has a lot of cute and trendy dresses that are cheap! And mostly all of them are short.

As for hair, I love a lot of volume and curls. I prefer always wearing my hair down (its sexier) especially with a short dress.

go to kohls. they have awesome stuff that have low prices and probably sales going on. hair- i say leave it lose! (straighten or curl)
