Where can i get a cheap but good quality dirt bike in Indianapolis?

well right now you are screwed two ways: 1. you are not going to find much that will be good for $300 ....2. you are in the wrong category too, you need Cars and Transportation: Motorcycles to get an answer that you really want. Yahoo A thinks that a bike" has both pedals and a motor....that is not the case!
 
I've never had a dirt bike before, the only somewhat of a "motorcycle" i've had was a razor pocket rocket.

I live in Indianapolis, IN and i don't want to buy anything off the internet.

My limit is $300
