where can i get a car stereo system?

i want it to be loud but not kill me lol:)
i just probably wanna get two five inch car speakers and two ten inch subs. unless you think i should do something else, and it sound better:)
i have an el camino
so there is really only space behind the seats. i already have two lil speakers; maybe 4 inch ones. that are part of the car.
 
in my ranger i have 2 PIONEER 6 1/2 Inch 3 way speakers in the door and behind the seat i have 2 400watt PIONEER 6x8 speakers plugged in to a 750watt PIONEER amp good loud sound, my deck is an older model PIONEER cd player that pumps out 200watts its self!
