Where can I get a Bluetooth Adapter for my Laptop (other than on Amazon)?

I need a Bluetooth Adapter for my Dell Windows Vista Home Basic. Where can I get one (not online), how much is it, and what exactly is it called?

You can buy a generic version of bluetooth adapters at Best Buy, Circuit City, Frys, or at any computer stores. Make sure the one you buy is Windows Vista compatible. The one you look for is a USB bluetooth adaptor. I presume you have an open USB slot.
