Where can i get a 2-4000 dollar car in S.California and still give payments?

I live in Anaheim,Ca and life is just getting harder by the minute. I need a car ASAP but I dont want a fancy one or where theyre gonna charge me interest like crazy and never stop paying it. I want a used car like 2000-5000 dollars and can give reasonable payments. Do you know of any good spots???? Thank you.
 
It will be tough to get a bank to finance anything under $5000. obviously it depends on your credit. It will also depend on putting in a down payment, the higher your down payment the more likely you are to get financed.
