where can I find this part for my Lexus?

I need the fan motor that goes behind the radiator fan. The one that goes faster or slower deppends on your speed. I believe it's hydraulically controlled. 1993 lexus es300 . Please help me find it............. or if you know how to diagnose it, please tell me how............. thanks so much... Alex, nyc I replaced the thermostat, replaced coolant, car still heats up... if i park the car and push gas to over 50 mph, the fan kicks in right away and cools it. but if i am driving local or slow, it heats up again....... how do i fix this problem............ any Lexys experts here.......please help. thanks so much..................................Alex, nyc
 
thermostat controls how the motor cools fan if it works is working so its not a fan bad so id say more of a belt slipping or a dirty radiator but you can get a fan or pretty much any part you need at any parts store
