Where can I find the VZW Terms of Service / Terms of Use?

I'm trying to locate the Verizon Wireless Terms of Use/Terms of Service. In the forums, I read different messages saying that such-and-such is against the TOS, and I was just wondering where I can find a copy of it. I've looked around on the VZW site, and I've also searched through these forums, but I haven't been able to locate the actual terms that people seem to be referring to.

Thanks!

Thanks, Ellen!

Specifically, the reason I'm interested in the TOS is because I'm trying to find out where (if at all) the terms refer to the use of tethering or DUN. I've seen different people say that it's a violation of the TOS, but in skimming through them, I can't see anything that pertains to that type of activity.

Oops.. I was not real clear.

I'm wondering specifically what any VZW terms say about using a regular phone as a modem to get online. I've seen this referred to as MOU use, free DUN, tethering. Basically, you connect the phone to a computer (via USB or Bluetooth), and then set up a dial-up connection, having the phone dial #777.

I've seen answers ranging from this is illegal, to that this is a violation of the VZW terms, to it's okay as long as you use the 1X network and not EVDO.

So basically, I'm just trying to find out what exactly Verizon has to say about this. It seems like the ability to get online for free (minus the minutes) may be a loophole, but I'm wondering if it's addressed anywhere or just referenced at all.

In short, I want to find out just what the rules are, and I'd like to find the documentation that spells out what is allowed. In these VZW TOS that you posted, I can't find anything that relate to "free" DUN access. And like I said, I've heard some people say it's perfectly okay to use it, and others say it's illegal. So I'm just after the truth. :-)

Thanks!!

Getting on to the internet via tethering is not illegal. It's an actual service and there is nothing free about it.

I don't know what regular phones are available to tethering, I do know that for PDAs/Smartphones/Blackberries, its an option.

$24.99 (10mb plan) + $15 (Tethering service) = $39.99

or

$44.99 (Unlimited) + $15 (Tethering service) = $59.99

Any of these numbers sound familiar?! ;)
