where can I find the thin copper wire used in electronics?

I found some by taking apart various techno-things, and the HAIR-THIN wire is perfect for a project I'm working on. I need more, though, and I'd like to just buy some rather than taking a huge radio apart to get a little wire.
 
buy some electrical cable from any hardware store and take the outer sheath off or ask an electrican for some
