I find that i wear nothing but a plain shirt and jeans, any sites that can give me ideas of how i can spruce up my outfit or items i can buy that can make me look cute? or a site thats shows whats hot right now?
 
I think you should wear what you like not what others like keep that in mind but thats not the answer you were looking for so i would say

Forever 21, they are great they have the trendiest clothes and there really cheap too, there is even a section on there that has outfits all ready picked out !

Delias.com (The cutest colored skinny jeans ever! They have nice and vibrant clothing. It's adorable. And their graphic tees are the best!)
Forever21 (I went in here once to buy a dress for a dance, and I found one... along with like 10 other items from the sale rack, not including accessories. XD)
Wet Seal (This is the second store I go to as soon as I get to the mall, behind forever21)
