Where can I find the future tech mod for Civilization IV?

What is the mod in Civilization IV that allows further expansion of future tech and has hover tanks and stuff? I think it was for Warlords. And also, if I like multiple packs such as the immigration pack and something else, how do I combine the 2 or even multiple mod packs?
