Where can I find the east coast chili (Skyline, Goldstar) packets in Phoenix?

Where can I find Skyline or Goldstar chili packets or something equivalent in Phoenix, AZ? It seems to be an East coast thing, but some store around here has to have some stock of the chili packets right?
 
I have seen them for sale on Ebay, under the Home and garden division, Food and Wine Category, and the Spices and Condiments section, just type in Cincinnati Chili and it will take you to the sellers, I got 3 envelopes a few month back, there always stocked.
