I adore the dress Oliva Munn wore when she appeared on MTV's The Seven 1/20/2011. I posted the only link to photos I've found so far. The dress is gray and it has a red underlayer. I'm not sure if it's custom made, designer or even obtainable. Any guidance would be appreciated.
