Where can I find the code to reset the radio of a 1998 Mitsubishi Montero Sport?

I'm trying to reset the radio in a 1998 Mitsubishi Montero Sport. When the battery was replaced a while back the radio went dead and needs a code to reset it. The dealership wants about $75 for it which is a joke. I've found one for a different vehicle before but I'm having no luck this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated?
 
look in the glove compartment most company ot the code in there if not take it to a dealer and they will fix it
 
usually when the battery is disconnected the code is reset to factory codes. look for montero auto clubs. i'm sure another person in the club has had a similar problem.
