i have a blackberry storm 9530 and i want it to get flashed with metro pcs but the thing is i also want it with internet and picture messaging i know that people can do make that happen but where in L.A. can i find someone that can make it happen or at least a store that i can trust where they can do this for me or a website that i can trust?
