I have to do a Science Horizons project and I chose baking/cooking as my general topic of interest. I know what I'm looking for, even what kind of experiment I want to run, but I have to have ten annotated scientific articles on baking for class in just under two weeks. I have tried a number of resources, including iConn, Jstor, and a few others, with no success. I have no idea how the people I know managed to find stuff, especially considering at least three of them have very similar topics to mine.
Where can I find scientific articles on baking/cooking?
