Where can i find rims for bicycles?

Im looking for some new rims for my bike. I dont want traditional spoke rims but rather "flashy" rims like you see on choppers or on cars, where its chrome etc. Does anyone know where i can get something like this? They dont have to be real steel, they can be fake/plastic rims. Thanks.
