Where can I find quality family dining in St Louis?

I will be in St Louis with my family in June. I was looking for a moderately priced/non-chain restaurant that someone could recommend. I have been to The Hill but don't know which restaurants are good. I would appreciate any input. Thanks
 
It's at the lumiere casino, called Asia. Best asian cuisine I've had while traveling the midwest.

It's not in the gambling area, so you can take your family there.
 
well i really like johnnys cafe in the heart of downtown the adress if i recall is 345 main street st louis missouri hope you enjoy it is delicious at a moderate price, go to the arch take a left and you will see if on your left the best thing on the menu is the fillet mignon for approximately 13.95 its a steal
