Hi, I'm asking this question for a friend who wants to improve his oral English through voice chat with native English speakers.
I've tried searching for public chatrooms and other sites where I can voice chat, but I haven't had much success. I know there's Paltalk, but I don't really think that's what he wants.
I know there are language exchange sites, but this friend of mine just wants to practise speaking English with a native speaker, and isn't interested in that.
I think the best thing is to probably find a site or find some people (yeah, some bored people) where he can exchange skype/msn with them, and do voice chat like that... do you know of such a site or do you know any good places to exchange this info?
