Where can I find non-corroding outdoor metal spangles?

I am designing an outdoor sculpture and I want to add spangles to it. The kind I'm thinking of are the kind you may have seen on outdoor billboards. The are either plastic or metal (metal preferred) and are usually round or square in shape. I've seen them sized anywhere from 1" to 4" in diameter. There is often a hole drilled through the top or center or the spangle for attaching it to something. I have searched and searched online and cannot find anyplace to order metal or plastic spangles for sign-making. Hopefully someone here knows where I could order some. Anything ranging in size from 1-2" would work perfectly for my project. Any ideas?
 
Have you tried your local hardware or home improvement center? How about an arts and crafts store? Lumber yard? I'm all out of guesses.
