i would like to know where i can find cute dresses for my 8th grade graduation.
i know alot of people have said forever 21 has alot of cute and cheap dresses but most of their dresses arent my kind of style.
i would like my dresses no more than $70 and i want to find a dress thats bright - colored.
so what are some websites or stores that i can go to to find nice dresses?
also for the dress code:
the dress is only allowed to be about 7 or 8 inches above the knee.
and the straps dont matter because i can just put a little short-sleeved cardigan type thing over it and that will be good.
