get into a university in CA? I'm going to Girls' State in a week, and need a piece of California legislation to bring with me to debate upon. I have to create a bill for it. I was thinking about creating one about the requirements to get into a university in California, like the classes you are required to take to even be considered to be in a university. Please help?
To the guy who answered my question, I'm not an idiot, I know the requirements. I was requesting information on whether the requirements were a legislative bill, and where I could possibly find that bill.
 
There is no legislation covering private colleges.

UC accepts the top 12% of high school graduates.
CSU accepts the top 33% of high school graduates.

You are using the wrong term. It's called ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS. Your high school should have made it crystal clear what courses you need to get into the CSU or UC systems. If not, pick a campus and click on admissions requirements.
