Where can I find high quality anime pictures, images, clips etc..?

Hi. Um, I really like making AMV's i love it really. But when I try to find pictures or images or clips, they're usually in terrible quality. I was wondering if anyone knew where i could find ones that look better and maybe tell me just how to use a DVD for videos. (That is unless it's impossible with Movie Maker because that's all I have!) THANK YOU! ^_^
