Where can I find High-Frequency Digital Splitters?

I can't seem to find any store that carries 3 GHz splitters so that I can split each cable coming from my two LMBFs. I have 2 SW44 Multiswitches and I want the same signal on both multi switches so that I can have up to 8 receivers.

The only place I found was http://www.prosatellitesupply.com but they won't ship to Canada. Anyone else know where I can find them? I can on'y find up to 2.5 GHz splitters.
 
Couldn't find any 3 GHz splitters at Kusat.... unless Bob was referring to you going to a SW44a/SW44 config....

Did I miss it?
 
Nope...no 3 GHz splitters on kusat. I already bought the second sw44 so I don't want to use the sw44a config anyway. Would either:

...suffice? Why do I need 3 GHz splitters anyway?
 
Either one of the splitters that you list from Kusat will work. You don`t need
3 GHz splitters. I would buy the better of the two. The SW-44 Manual says the splitters must be rated up to 1450 MHz, no lower.

do you need a splitter for each of the 4 lines coming from the dual LNB's to run dual SW44's ?


could the two split lines for each sat be used to feed a 2x4 multiswitch instead of a SW44 ?
 
So, I assume that you can succesfully split the signals from the LNBs, but not the signals out of SW21s and 44s for both sats?

Anyone know why you can't successfully split an output from an SW21 to two 6100s?
 
You can directly split LNBF lines to a multiswitches or a pair of SW44, becasue each line is locked to a signal. The output of an SW21 or SW44 isn't, and cannot be locked, and is to supply one signal to one tuner.
 
just FYI, my friend wanted to run his SW44 (with all four lines used) along with an additional receiver without putting up another dish or getting another SW44+splitters. He got two 2x4 multiswitches (one for 91, one for 82) off eBay for $10 each and connected two outputs from each to his SW44 and he says it is working fine.

So I guess that means the output from a multiswitch can be locked

I suppose he could also use his spare SW21 to combine the signals coming from the multiswitch if he wanted both sat's on his extra receiver, but he hasn't tried that yet - he is only feeding it 91
