Where Can I Find Guidelines for the IRS Re: Donated Clothing?

A few years ago, I found online a listing of market value for specific items of clothing to use in itemizing deductions for the IRS. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find it again? It was extremely detailed and specific.
 
The IRS really doesn't have listings for stuff like that. It is up to you to determine the value.

However, several charities have guidelines posted that give values for donated items to assist donors in determining the value of the items they give. I listed two major charity valuation guides below. :)
