where can i find free images for my website?

I have checked with the royalty free websites but they do charge some amount.Is it fine to digitally morph an image and use it????
 
Just go to google and pick a picture from there...
if someone contacts you saying that this is from there site and it is copyrighted then talk to them about it and if they can prove they own the site then you must take it down

sometimes you can also agree to keep it aslong as you advertise there website
