I'm a 25 year old Latino Male who is planning to go get a second bachelors degree in engineering, while checking out the typical FA websites (fastweb.com, etc.) I noticed that most scholarships/grants have the following stipulation: Must be junior/senior year of high school. This is weak, I'd make way better use of that money then many of the 17-19 year old applicants. Any help will be much appreciated.
