emuparadise! is really good they have lots of stuff and lots of roms same with coolroms. i go there all the time.
 
My friend, Shein, told me about it. Go to romulation.net and it will show a whole bunch of free emulation games for Gba, Ds, and more. You can install them and they don't take up much space in your computer memory. To download the program and play the games, go to http://nocash.emubase.de/gba.htm and download it. Also, I think you need WinRar but i'm not sure where to get it.
