In Ontario, Canada?
Something not like a chain store. Nothing like Garage or American Eagle. Something that has cute dresses and stuff for under 40 bucks :)
 
I don't know if you have RU21 in Canada.. but they have really cute dress, shirts, and etc, for a really good price. They also have very cute jewelry and hand bags hope that helps.
 
Do you have a body central where you live? if not, look online. They have super cute dresses.

You can definitely find cute dresses at your local mall stores such as Sears, Jcpenney, Kohl's, Forever 21, Wetseal & charlotte Russe. Hope I helped.
