Where can I find cheap health insurance?

I'm 18 and my Medicaid insurance will expire when I turn 19 in early January. I'm not enrolled in college nor do I have a job. For about two months I've been going to counseling for possible mental health issues and without medical insurance I will be unable to seek help. Is there anyway I can get insurance or possibly keep my Medicaid?
