Where can I find back seatbelts for 2004 Dodge Neon SXT?

I have looked online and can only find universal front driver and passenger seatbelts. I need the middle back seat and the seat behind the drivers side. I called the parts store at our dealership but they said they would cost $150 each and we were hoping to find them cheaper. Does anyone know?

I've never had to replace seatbelts either in any car I've owned but the buckles in the just completely detached from the fabric. All I did was try to install my sons car seat and barely pulled on it and they just came out. I've spoken to 2 other people who's seatbelts have done the same thing in their Dodge Neons and there hasn't been any recalls.
 
first im wondering why you need them how doe one wear one out so fast but typing into search box what your wanting to buy or ebay maybe call another dealeship check their price ive never had to buy any before in 40 yrs of driving ive never wore anyone out i have to wonder why you have
