Very unlikely, and as illegal as heck. All service and workshop manuals are copywrite protected - someone owns the information and licences it to you when you buy the manual. Only information considered to be valueless commercially is "free". Some illegally downloaded manuals have been proven to have crucial sections missing and wrong or misleading information and tuning information substituted for the original correct numbers.
Just buy the manual - check on E bay or your equivalent. There is an original owners manual and a workshop repair manual. Go to a Yamaha dealer and ask for a copy of the maintenance schedual - Most will happily give you a copy of that because it only helps them help you enjoy your Waverunner for the longest time.
