I have just set up a recession proof online recruitment company, it's a great idea with little competition but I have kind of hit a brick wall. I have set the company and website up with no money but now I really need to pay for advertising and I need to do it asap in case somebody sets up something similar. I have registered with some angel investment websites, but they are all charging quite a lot and I've been told they are a con, so am worried about paying for this if it's not legit. Can anyone tell me where I can go to find serious investors for small businesses?
