Where can i find an annotated time line of political parties with

presidential nominees in U.S. history? Each annotation must include dates of parties (may be approximate), name of the nominee and a brief description of the party platform.
Any sources need to be sited.
All help will be appreciated, and any sites that can help me with this would be great.
I searched around but all was futile. Thanks a bunch!
