Where can I find a programmable bot for a chat room?

preferably a meebo bot. I know there were bots for bnet back in the day i use to use like l2uthless bot,stealth bot and mirage bot. But i am wondering is there a bot i can use that i can give admin privileges in a chatroom and do commands from there. yahoo chat,mirc chat, but i really want meebo chats which is diff. cause its a web browser chat room rather then a program. I did see someone with one before called the bot v1. something. you know anything about this?>
 
What the hell kinda question is that? When you ask "programmable", why don't you go to google and try to find out how to program such a bot yourself.
