Where can I find a motor for the drivers seat of my 1994 Chrysler Concord?

The motor on the drivers seat that makes the seat go back and forth is going out and they don't make them anymore and I've even called a wrecking yard and they don't have one either.
It's a 1994 Chrysler Concord Sedan.
And is it possible to take off the seats motor and make it manual to where it goes back and forth on a track manually like the passenger seat does?
