Where can I find a list of doctors (need one in FL) who test for lyme disease?

I was told that not all doctors are willing to test for lyme disease and that it's better to get someone who REALLY knows the disease and has experience treating it, rather than someone who just tests for antibodies.

is there a website that lists doctors who test for lyme disease? or you do you know of any in southwest florida?
