Where can I find a free newspaper layout/template?

Well at our school we are making a newspaper (so it doesn't have to be anything tooo fancy) and we need to find a newspaper layout/template and i can't seem to find one. I have been looking for hours! I need something that is free, easy to understand (lol), and something where i don't have to have a lot of software!
