Where can I find a Director of Photography for a low budget music video?

I'm about to shoot a low budget music video using a Sony HD-Z1 camcorder. I wanna find a Director of Photography that knows how to light for that camera. Is there a site where other DPs and/directors/producers (professional or amateur) can advertise themselves like a Myspace or Facebook?
