Where can I find a cheap / free place to build a photography site? Would like

galleries...? I would like to build a small site that showcases a few photo galleries on line, small bio, stuff like that. Nothing very extravagent. Who do you suggest to host? I have no html experience, so I would need something easy with templates maybe?
