for both fresh and saltwater? My grandfather doesn't speak a word of English and my Spanish is pretty much goin' down the toilet. He had a stroke about three years ago or so, so he's pretty much forgetten everything... everything except fishing.
I don't mind bullshittin' with him about fishing, but what really pisses me off the most is that he doesn't want to follow (more like understand) the rules and regulations. He used to fish off the jetties of Ventura County and like most people, would keep everything he caught. From spotfin to yellow fin to white croakers, white sea bass, halibut, etc. he would follow size limits, but just barely.
He wants me to take him to Casitas, but until he learns the regulations of freshwater fishing and understands my reasons for practicing Catch-&-Release of ALL my largemouth bass, he just ain't goin'.
Please help. I would like to spend some time fishing with my seventy-six year old grandfather while I still have the chance...
