I bought a new factory sealed iPod touch 4g off eBay and when I opened it at the very bottom of the iPod on the black part, it looks like it been droped and kind of dented. Also, sometimes my home button doesn't work or I would click it once and the multitasking bar would pop up.
Where can I exchange my iPod touch 4g for a new one with no receipt?
