Where can I eat kangaroo for lunch in London W1?

Its Australia Day next monday and some colleagues and I in W1 (TCR area) fancy eating kangaroo at lunch or something equally australian.

Does anyone knwo a reasonably priced place where we might get Jangaroo in this area on monday?
 
OK------

1- I live in Australia and i strongly recommend not eating it (it tastes gross)

2- And t.b.o i'm not even sure if we ship kangaroo out so i'm not that sureif we send it out.
