Ok I have seen so many videos on Youtube where people make these anime pictures on the computer with some photoshop thing, and I was told it was Photoshop cs1. Well I really want to do that and there is one tiny problem. I have no idea how to get it!! I cant pay for it, so if anyone knows where I can get it for free, (with out having to pay anything at all! No sign up fees or anything!) please tell me!! Please!!!
