Where can I download or buy a variety of tiles MahJong game for a Hewlittpackard 2007?

I can only find the chinese versions of tiles, I like the variety. My pc is windows vista and would not download anything older than a 2000 version. The techs told me not to get anything older than 1995! What do I do? and where are the games?
