Where can I download/buy Windows Live Messenger for my Mac with video chat?

I need a software to chat with other windows live people. I know there is one the one mac 7.0.2 but that one doesn't have video chat. It's just really annoying
I need video chat and video call and all those things
Please help me:) will do me a great favor!
