I have a 95 Chevrolet Cavalier and I can't find anything metal to connect the ground wire to, does anybody know anywhere?

the ground wire is only about 10 inches long, so should i just connect another piece of wire onto it then connect it to the firewall?
I forgot to add that the ground wire was already attached to the car stereo when i bought it. Does that make a difference?
