Where can i complain about the sims 3?

i have just bought it and i'm extremely dissappointed. not only did it take forever to install, once installed, i find out that my computer doesn't ahve a good enough video card. so i went online and saw that not only me, but the majority of people who bought this game are dissappointed. that was $55 down the drain that i can't get back. iw ould like to send a complaint to the makers but i can't find any where to send it to or call. does anyone know where i can do this??? thanks!
 
what is the point of complaining when its your fault you bought the game without checking the system requirements?
The system requirements were posted on the sims 3 website months before the game was released.
 
Maybe try calling Technical Support and they can give you a number or address. Personally, I really like it. Aside from a few things that I would change, I think it is excellent .. but everyone has their own ideas and opinions. Good luck on finding the correct people to go to!
