where can i chrome my bike?

i live in los angeles california i bought a chrome mongoose bike the front had rust so i decided to paint it it had stickers so i used sand paper to take them out but i made a big mistake the chrome got all scratched. so i want to chrome my bike again

Take it back to the store and ask can you exchange your bike for another one.
