where can i chat with friends in 3D online without having to download anything?

is there anything that is 'good' online where i do not have to dowbload anything and can just play online? and where i can play with friends? It needs to be available in the UK
 
Hia, Habbo.co.uk is a good website, you can chat to friends or other people from around the world =]

All you have to do is make a 3D person, choose a username and password and give them your email address ( in case you forget your password)

i agree on runescape.. but it needs java to actually work
and theres alot of ppl u might hav to screen the other ppl talking to just ur friend although i think they changed the chat to this blue print and its like in the bottom left so u could see
runescape is also very easy to hack
