Where can I buy professional bicycling equipment in NY NJ, the kind for Tour de France?

I need to buy some gloves, and outer wear for as a gift for a professional bicyclist. Anyone know a good place in NY NJ?

In particular, I am looking for the brand GIANT & T-Mobile Team gear from 2006 or 2007, they need to be pink and black & white in color
